Tepilo is a very useful resource if you are wanting extra exposure for your property and it not only sells for free but provides some great free tools from the web site brought to you by Television presenter Sarah Beeny.
I recently had a friend selling a property through an estate agent. He had very few viewings and nothing to loose by adding it to the Tepilo.com web site. Within less than 5 minutes his house was uploaded and ready to sell with all the details and photos on-line and ready to go.

Apart from the cost advantage. The site has incredible usability and some very nice new tools.

There were also quite a few site updates. Lots more to go live very soon. Tepilo are testing them for the last times before releasing so keep an eye on the site.
Sarah Beeny from Tepilo told us, “We are just waiting on a new homepage to go in there with properties wanted – mainly so we could scale up and include more info”.
Sarah continues, “Our first app (not iphone actually) is due out in September now – decided to wait until people are back from hols etc. Will let yourrightmove.co.uk have a test before we publicise it anyway”.
We will be keen to review the new apps as they are released.
Tepilo.com report they are having a great August, which they thought might have been quieter than it is.
